Regulations

I. Definitions
   The terms used in the Regulations shall mean:
   1. 1. Customer – a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, to which special provisions grant legal capacity, and which places an Order within the Store
   2. Civil Code – the Act of 23rd April 1964 (Journal  of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended);
   3. Regulations - these Regulations governing the provision of electronic services within the online store http://www.mirrorled.co.uk/;
4. Online Store (Store) – an Internet service available at http://www.mirrorled.co.uk, through which the Customer may, in particular, place Orders;
   5. Goods – products presented in the Online Store;
   6. Sales Agreement - contract for the sale of Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski (with registered office at ul. Podgórna, 64-200 Karpicko, NIP: 923-130-59-16, REGON: 971244724) and the Customer, concluded via the Store's Web site;
   7. Act on providing services by electronic means – act of 18th July 2002 on provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended);
   8. Act on Consumer Rights – act of 30th May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws No. 2017, item 683, as amended);
   9. Order – Customer's declaration of intent, aimed directly at the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and amount of Goods.

II. General provisions
   2.1. These Regulations lay down the principles of using the online store available at www.mirrorled.co.uk
2.2. These Regulations constitute the regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act on providing services by electronic means.
   2.3. The Online store, operating under www.mirrorled.co.uk, is run by FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski (with registered office at ul. Podgórna, 64-200 Karpicko, NIP: 923-130-59-16) .
   2.4. The Regulations specify in particular:
     a.) the rules concerning the registration and use of the account within the online store;
     b.) the conditions and rules for booking products available in the online store by electronic means;
     c.) the terms and conditions for submitting electronic Orders within the online store;
     d.) the principles of concluding Sales Agreements using services provided within the online store.
   2.5. Using the online store is possible provided that the IT system used by the Customer meets the following minimum technical requirements:
     a.) Internet Explorer version 4.0 or newer with cookies enabled, or  
     b.) Mozilla FireFox 4.0 or newer with cookies enabled, or
     c.) Google Chrome version 1.0 or newer with cookies enabled.
   2.6. In order to use the Online Store, the Customer should have access to a computer station or terminal device connected to the Internet.
   2.7. In accordance with applicable provisions of law, FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski reserves the right to limit the provision of services via the Online Store to persons under 18 years of age. In such an event, potential Customers shall be notified of the above.
   2.8. Customers can obtain access to these Regulations at any time via the link found on the home page www.mirrorled.co.uk, and additionally download and print it out.
   2.9. Information about the Goods listed on the Store’s Web pages and, in particular, their descriptions, technical and performance specifications as well as prices, constitute an invitation to enter into an agreement, within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.

III. Rules of using the Online Store
   3.1. Registration within the Online Store comprises the condition for using the services.
   3.2. Registration takes place by filling and accepting the registration form, available on one of the Store's websites.
   3.3. The condition for registering is the acceptance of the content of the Regulations and provision of personal data marked as mandatory.
   3.4. FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski may deprive the Customer of the right to use the Online Store, as well as limit access to some or all of the Online Store's resources, with immediate effect, if the Customer violates the Regulations and when the Customer:
     a.) provided, during registration in the online store, data inconsistent with the truth, inaccurate or out of date, misleading or infringing the rights of any third party,
     b.) has committed, through the online store, an act of infringement of personal interests of third parties, in particular personal rights of other customers of the online store,
     c.) engages in other behaviors that will be recognized by FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski as inconsistent with applicable law or the general principles of using the Internet network or detrimental to the good name of FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski.
   3.5. A person who has been deprived of the right to use the online store may not make a second registration without prior consent from FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski.
   3.6. In order to ensure the security of transmission of messages and data in connection with the services provided on the Website, the Online Store shall undertake both technical and organizational measures appropriate to the degree of threat to the security of the services provided, in particular measures to prevent unauthorized collection and modification of personal data sent via the Internet.
   3.7. The Customer is obliged in particular to:
     a.) neither provide nor transfer content prohibited by law, for example content promoting violence, content that defames or infringes personal rights or other rights of third parties,
     b.) use the Online Store in a way that does not distort its functioning, in particular through the use of specific software or devices,
     c.) not undertake actions such as sending or posting any unsolicited commercial communication (spam) in the Online Store,
     d.) use the Online Store in a way that is not burdensome for both other clients and FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski,
     e.) use of any content posted in the Online Store only for his or her own personal use,
     f.) use the Online Store in a manner consistent with the provisions of law currently in force in the Republic of Poland, the provisions of the Regulations as well as with the general principles of using the Internet network.

IV. The procedure of concluding Sales Agreements
   4.1. In order to conclude a Sales Agreement via the Online Store, go to www.mirrorled.co.uk, select the type and amount of Goods (expressed in units depending on the type of goods) by taking subsequent technical steps based on the messages displayed to the Customer as well as information available on the site.
   4.2. The selection of Goods to be ordered by the Customer is carried out by adding them to the shopping cart.
   4.3. While placing the Order – until the button confirming the submission of the Order is pressed – the Customer has the ability to modify the entered data as well as the selection of the Goods. In order to do this, follow the messages displayed to the Customer as well as information available on the website.
   4.4. After the Customer using the Online Store provides all the necessary data, a summary of the placed Order will be displayed. The summary of the order will contain the following information:
     a.) the subject matter of order,
     b.) unit and total price of ordered products or services, including the cost of delivery and additional costs (if any),
     c.) selected payment method,
     d.) selected delivery method,
   4.5. In order to submit an Order, it is necessary to accept the content of the Regulations, provide all the personal data marked as mandatory and press the “Place Order” button.
   4.6. Order submitted by the Customer constitute a declaration of intent to enter into a Sales Agreement with FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski, in accordance with the Regulations.
   4.7. After placing an Order, the Customer receives an e-mail entitled "mirrorled.co.uk. - Confirmation of receipt of the Order", containing the final confirmation of all the essential elements of the Order.
   4.8. The Agreement shall be deemed concluded from the moment the Customer receives the e-mail message, referred to above.
   4.9. The Sales Agreement is concluded in Polish, with content compliant with the Regulations.

V. Delivery
   5.1. Delivery of ordered Goods takes place via courier delivery services. Costs of delivery are available on the Delivery and Payment page. In addition, delivery costs will be indicated at the time of placing the Order.
   5.2. The term of delivery is 10 to 24 working days from the date of submission of order by the Customer in case of cash on delivery, or from the date of booking the payment in case of payment of order in advance.
   5.3. Customers can obtain access to these Regulations at any time via the link found on the home page of www.mirrorled.co.uk, and additionally download and print it out.
Safeguarding, protection, disclosure and confirmation of relevant provisions of the agreement on the sale of Goods to the Customer takes place by sending a printed confirmation, Order specification and VAT invoice to the Customer at the specified e-mail address and by attaching the documents to the shipment containing the ordered Goods.

VI. Prices and payment methods
   6.1. The prices of Goods are expressed in Polish zloty and include all components, including VAT, duties along with any other components.
  6.2. The Customer has the option to pay the price by means of:
     a.) bank transfer at the bank account number 41 1140 1124 0000 3182 3300 1013,
     b.) credit card through Paypal,

VII. The right of withdrawal
  7.1. Customer, being a consumer within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code, is entitled - by law - to the right to withdraw from a distance agreement, without providing a reason, by submitting a statement in writing within 14 days and sending it at the address of FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski provided herein. The template of the above statement is attached as Annex 1 to the Regulations.
   7.2. The 14-day term shall be counted from the date of the delivery of Goods and, in the case of delivery of many Goods shipped separately, from the delivery of the last of the batch of Goods.
   7.3. The consumer’s right to withdraw from the agreement is excluded in the case of goods (services) that go beyond the standard range of the Store, prepared upon special order and tailored to the customer’s individual needs. In the case of mirrorled.co.uk, such goods will consist of custom-made mirrors with measures entered manually upon placing an order (from outside the catalog of standard dimensions);
   7.4. In the case of withdrawal from a distance agreement, the agreement is considered annulled. The services rendered by the parties shall be returned in an unchanged form unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. The return should take place immediately, not later than within 14 days. The purchased goods must be returned to the following address:

   7.5. Goods returned by the Customer should be packed in an appropriate way in the original box so as to prevent any potential damage during transport.
   7.6. In case of returns, the costs of transportation of goods shall be borne by the Seller.

VIII. Complaints relating to Goods
   8.1. The ordered item can be subject to complaint. If defective Goods was installed, the Customer can request dismantling and re-installation after replacing the Goods to an item free from defects, or after removal of the defect. The Seller may refuse to dismantle and re-install, if the costs of such activities exceeds the price of Goods. The Customer is obliged, however, to bear part of the costs associated with the dismantling exceeding the price of the Goods or request from the Seller to pay part of the costs of dismantling and re-installation, up to the price of Goods.
   8.2. FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski, acting as the Seller, is liable to the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code for non-compliance with the Agreement for the sale of Goods purchased by the consumer, to the extent specified by the Act on consumer rights.
   8.3. Any claims resulting from violation of the Customer’s rights guaranteed by law, or pursuant to this Regulations, should be directed to biuro@artforma.eu. FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days.
   8.4. Goods claimed by the Customer should be packed in an appropriate way in the original box so as to prevent any potential damage during transport.
   8.5. Complaints arising from damages to the goods during transport must be reported immediately on the date of delivery. The notification should include a damage report written in the presence of the courier along with photographic documentation. Damages reported after 2 days shall be deemed attributable to the customer.

IX. Complaints regarding the provision of services via electronic means
   9.1. FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski shall undertake steps to ensure that the Store operates properly to the extent resulting from its current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove any irregularities reported by Customers within a reasonable time period.
   9.2. The Customer is obliged to immediately notify FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski of any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the Online Store website.
   9.3. The Customer may report any irregularities related to the functioning of the Store in writing at: FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski, ul. Podgórna 16, 64-200 Karpicko, or by e-mail at biuro@artforma, or by using the contact form.
   9.4. Within the complaint, the Customer should provide full name, correspondence address, type and date of irregularities related to the functioning of the Store.
   9.5. FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days.

X. Final provisions
   10.1. The settlement of any potential disputes arising between FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski and the Customer, who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, shall be referred for determination to the competent court of law in accordance with the appropriate provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
   10.2. The settlement of any potential disputes arising between FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski and the Customer, who is not a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, shall be referred for determination of the court having territorial jurisdiction over the registered office of FORAM Roman Krzyżanowski.
   10.3. Matters not covered by the terms and conditions shall be governed by the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on electronic services and other relevant provisions of Polish law
